Gujarat Titans (GT) registered their first win of the Indian Premier League 2025 season with a dominant 36-run victory over Mumbai Indians (MI) at the Narendra Modi Stadium on Sunday night. (Match Highlights)
Sai Sudharsan's blistering 63 runs off 41 balls knock, combined with disciplined bowling from Prasidh Krishna (2/18) and Mohammed Siraj (2/34), sealed GT라이브 바카라 emphatic win, leaving MI winless after two games.
After opting to bowl first, Hardik Pandya--returning as MI captain after missing the first match--soon found himself regretting the decision as Titans openers Sai Sudharsan and Shubman Gill got off to a flying start. The duo powered GT to 70 without loss in the powerplay--the highest wicketless powerplay score of the season so far.
MI skipper Hardik Pandya then struck a crucial blow, removing Gill for 38 off 27 balls. A well-directed short ball caught Gill by surprise as he went for the pull, only to find Naman Dhir at deep square leg.
Jos Buttler then steadied the innings with 39 off 24 balls, ensuring GT maintained their momentum. In the final overs, Sherfane Rutherford provided the finishing touch with a quickfire 18 off 11 balls, helping Gujarat Titans post a formidable total of 196/8 in their 20 overs.
Pandya picked up 2/29, while Trent Boult, Mujeeb Ur Rahman, Deepak Chahar, and Satyanarayana Raju each claimed a wicket.
Now, chasing 197, MI never quite got the momentum they needed. Suryakumar Yadav top-scored with a fighting 48, and Tilak Varma chipped in with 39, but the rest of the batting lineup failed to fire.
GT라이브 바카라 pace duo of Prasidh Krishna and Mohammed Siraj bowled with precision, dismantling MI라이브 바카라 batting unit at regular intervals.
R Sai Kishore and Kagiso Rabada also picked up a wicket each, ensuring MI finished at 160/6, falling short by 36 runs.
Mohammed Siraj, who endured a forgettable outing in GT라이브 바카라 opening loss to Punjab Kings with figures of 0/54, made a stunning comeback in this match. He struck early, removing Mumbai openers Rohit Sharma and Ryan Rickelton for just 8 and 6, respectively.
The 2022 IPL winners Gujarat Titans will face the in-form Royal Challengers Bengaluru next on April 2, while the Mumbai Indians will battle against the defending champions Kolkata Knight Riders on March 31.
