Daniel Farke's side, who accumulated 100 points, pipped Burnley to first place on goal difference following a 2-1 victory over Plymouth Argyle at Home Park.

The Clarets appeared set to be crowned champions after beating Millwall 3-1, with Leeds locked at 1-1 for most of the second half against the Pilgrims, whose relegation was confirmed on Saturday.

However, there was to be one more twist in the 91st minute, as Solomon embarked on a jinking run into the penalty area, before slotting home to send the travelling supporters into ecstasy.

"I can't put into words what I'm feeling right now," he told BBC Radio Leeds. "It is a dream come true to score the winning goal and take this Championship.

"Throughout the season, we've shown we deserve this trophy and to finish in the first spot. I'm so glad it happened.

"We all knew what was happening at Burnley, and we knew we needed to score. It paid off, and the ball went into the net."

Leeds agonisingly missed out on an immediate return to the Premier League last season, after a 1-0 defeat by Southampton in the Championship play-off final.

But, just less than 12 months later, Farke has guided his side the extra couple of steps to get back in the top flight, and the German was thrilled to cap a memorable season in fitting fashion.

"It feels pretty good," he told BBC Sport.바카라 웹사이트"I want to send my congratulations to Burnley, to Scott [Parker].바카라 웹사이트I think they have done a fantastic job.바카라 웹사이트They've played a season that deserves to be crowned with some silverware.

"Of course, I'm happy that we won this game in the final stages and are officially allowed to label ourselves as champions, and be the best team this season.

"It's an emotionally moving day because we have invested so much, and wanted to crown ourselves with some silverware.

"It feels pretty, pretty special in the dressing room, and I'm very happy for my players and staff.바카라 웹사이트It means so much for them, and also our supporters."

Plymouth will be joined in League One next season by Luton Town, who suffered back-to-back relegations.

Having played in the Premier League last season, Luton saw their place in the third tier confirmed with a 5-3 loss to West Brom.

Matt Bloomfield's side had boosted their survival hopes after a run of three straight victories. However, defeat at The Hawthorns – coupled with Hull City's draw at Portsmouth – sealed Luton's fate.

"It is a particularly painful moment for us and everyone associated with our football club," Bloomfield told바카라 웹사이트BBC Three Counties Radio.

"[It was a] really disappointing performance, considering the day and the performance that we needed to get ourselves out of where we were.

"I don't know [where that performance came from]. The goals we gave away were so disappointing. We've been incredibly resilient in the last two months to really shore up at the back and, unfortunately today, it just wasn’t there.

"Sorry to our supporters for travelling up and down the country, supporting us this season. We understand their disappointment and anger right now."

"You've got to face the music," added Luton skipper Carlton Morris.바카라 웹사이트"Ultimately, we've put ourselves in this situation, and we need to take accountability.

"It's tough to put into words. I feel sorry for the fans and also for the lads with the effort they've put in recently. We gave ourselves too much of a mountain to climb."
