Sports streaming platform FanCode has entered into a five-year partnership with La Liga to become the exclusive broadcaster of the first and second divisions of Spanish club football matches in India. (More Football News)
Under this new arrangement, FanCode will stream all remaining matches of the current season of La Liga, including the potentially title-deciding El Clasico between FC Barcelona and Real Madrid on 11 May.
Starting next season, the platform will provide comprehensive coverage of all 380 top-flight La Liga games, as well as fixtures from the second division, now known as La Liga Hypermotion.
Earlier, La Liga was being streamed on the GXR World platform in India.
This new deal came after a SportBusiness report on 8 May revealed that the Spanish league had terminated its exclusive media rights contract with Galaxy Racer (GXR) in the Indian subcontinent due to non-payment issues.
It라이브 바카라 not the first time that GXR and La Liga have clashed on streaming issues, as the league was pulled off the Indian market in February this year after non-payment of dues.
