Liverpool, Arsenal, Tottenham and Newcastle United are among the sides that have been linked with him.
The Cameroon international may not be the only key departure, with Yoane Wissa – also on 18 goals – rumoured to be on the move as well.

There have also been reports linking Kevin Schade, who has scored 10 goals this term, to a return to Germany.
The Bees are currently ninth in the Premier League, level with Brighton and just a point off Bournemouth following their dramatic 4-3 win over Manchester United on Sunday.
Speaking to Sky Sports, Norgaard said he expects Mbeumo to depart.
"I think Bryan is likely to go,"바카라 웹사이트the Brentford captain said.
"I don't know about Wissa yet. Everyone hopes that he might stay. Either way, I'm happy for the season and am happy for both of them. They deserve it so much."
Despite the rumours, Norgaard remained calm, adding that the Bees have lost and replaced key forwards in the past.
And it is true. Brentford have a history of successfully replacing top attacking talent – selling Ollie Watkins and Said Benrahma in 2020 for a combined £54 million, and Ivan Toney to Al-Ahli바카라 웹사이트last summer for nearly £40 million.
"I'm pretty calm about what will happen with Bryan and Wissa,"바카라 웹사이트the Dane added.
"A lot of questions are asked about them, and you can almost feel the worries around the players, when you talk about them maybe leaving us.
"I was one [of them] when we were losing Ollie Watkins, Said Benrahma, Ivan Toney. So, it continues."
Norgaard also praised the club's recruitment, pointing to new signing Igor Thiago as a key figure for the future.
"But the club has already brought in Igor Thiago, who is another fantastic character, and he will also take the league by storm at some point.
"When that is, I don't know, but I'm sure he will be ready if Wissa gets his dream move, or Bryan leaves, and there will be a change of the offensive players.
"I think the club is so talented in recruiting and always being two or three steps ahead."
