After tension-filled quarterfinal matches featuring two-legged ties, the UEFA Nations League Finals line-up is confirmed. The 2024-25 edition started with as many as 55 national teams. The League A group winners and runners-up competed in the quarter-finals, with the winners progressing to the finals. During the same window, promotion and relegation play-offs also took place.
France, Germany, Portugal and Spain beat Croatia, Italy, Denmark and the Netherlands in their respective quarter-final matches. In the semi-finals, Germany will take on inaugural champions Portugal while holders Spain face France, the 2020-21 winners.

Note: Germany's quarter-final win confirmed the two venues in Munich and Stuttgart for the finals. The UEFA Executive Committee in December 2024 designated the winners of the quarter-final match between Italy and Germany as the provisional hosts for the finals.
