Damian Lillard tore his left Achilles tendon and will miss the rest of the post-season, according to multiple reports.

An MRI on Monday revealed the severity of the injury, which occurred just over six minutes into the first quarter of the Bucks' 129-103 loss to the Indiana Pacers on Sunday.

In his first action since mid-March, he had 14 points and seven assists in Game 2 before tallying seven points on 2-of-12 shooting and five assists in Friday's 117-101 win - Milwaukee's only victory of this series.

Lillard was selected to his ninth All-Star Game this season and averaged 24.9 points and 7.1 assists - both 10th in the NBA - to go with 4.7 rebounds and a career-high 1.21 steals in 58 games.
