Actor Abhishek Bachchan's upcoming film Be Happy has got a release date. The Amazon Prime Video original film, directed by Remo D'Souza, will premiere on the OTT platform on March 14.
On Wednesday, Prime Video shared a poster of Be Happy and captioned it, “Why worry, when you can be happy #BeHappyOnPrime, March 14 (sic)''.
Be Happy will be available to stream in Hindi and will also be dubbed in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada.
Also starring Nora Fatehi and Inayat Verma in lead roles, Be Happy is a heartfelt story of a father-daughter duo and their bond, and dreams. The film also has Nassar, Johny Lever, and Harleen Sethi in supporting roles.
Abhishek plays Shiv, a dedicated single father who has a very intelligent daughter, Dhara (Inayat Verma). Dhara has a dream of performing on the biggest dance reality show of the country but due to a crisis, her dream seems to get crushed. Will Shiv be able to fulfill his daughter's dream? That forms the crux of the story.
Be Happy is produced by Lizelle Remo D'Souza under the banner of Remo D'Souza Entertainment Pvt Ltd. Abhishek was last seen in Shoojit Sircar's I Want to Talk, which also starred Ahilya Bamroo, Johny Lever, Pearle Dey, Jayant Kriplani, and Kristin Goddard among others.
