Vicky Kaushal and Rashmika Mandanna starrer, Chhaava is minting moolah at the box office. Though the film saw a huge drop in its collections after its second Sunday, it has already crossed Rs 350 crore mark and now eyeing to enter the Rs 400 crore club soon.
On Day 12 (February 25), Chhaava collected Rs 18 crore, as per a report by Sacnilk. With this, the total box office collection of Chhaava in India now stands at Rs 363.25 (nett) crore.
It had an occupancy rate of 23.74% in the Hindi market on its second Tuesday, as per the same report. Night shows recorded a maximum occupancy of 42.83%, while morning shows had lowest occupancy of just 12.01%.
The worldwide collection of Chhaava stands at Rs 483.35 crore so far. It will surely cross the Rs 500 crore mark in a day or two.
Chhaava, directed by Laxman Utekar and produced by Dinesh Vijan라이브 바카라 Maddock Films, is adapted from the Marathi novel Chhava by Shivaji Sawant. The film hit the theaters on February 14 and received mixed reviews from critics and audiences alike.
Vicky Kaushal played Maratha ruler Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, while Rashmika Mandanna played his wife Maharani Yesubai. Akshaye Khanna portrayed the role of Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb and Diana Penty was seen as Aurangzeb's daughter Shehzadi Zinat-un-Nissa Begum. Ashutosh Rana essayed Sarsenapati Hambirao Mohite, and Divya Dutta played Soyarabai.
