NTA Flags 106 Telegram,16 Instagram Channels Spreading NEET Misinformation

In their bid to preserve the integrity of the examination process, the agency has commenced action against certain fraudulent Telegram and Instagram channels claiming to possess the NEET (UG) 2025 question paper.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has detected 106 Telegram and 16 Instagram channels for spreading false information pertaining to the NEET UG medical entrance exam on Thursday, according to PTI. NTA라이브 바카라 dedicated portal for flagging such concerns has identified over 1500 suspicious claims of alleged paper leaks for the upcoming exam.

In their bid to preserve the integrity of the examination process, the agency has commenced action against certain fraudulent Telegram and Instagram channels claiming to possess the NEET (UG) 2025 question paper. The cases have been reported to the Home Ministry라이브 바카라 Cyber Crime Coordination Centre for further investigation. 

The NTA has asked the platforms to remove the channels in question to prevent spreading falsehood and create panic amongst the students. 

According to sources, "Telegram and Instagram have been urged to share the details of the administrators and creators of these groups with law-enforcement agencies for prompt investigation and prosecution."

To ensure that there are no lapses in the upcoming exam scheduled to be held on May 4,the Ministry of Education (MoE) is conducting a series of meetings with district magistrates and superintendents of police from all states and Union territories.  

The ministry is putting together a comprehensive plan to mitigate the irregularities encountered last year that had raised questions about the sanctity of the exams.

The exam will be held in 552 cities across India and in 14 cities abroad.
