The Israeli army carried out a new deadly attack on the town of Koya, near the Syrian city of Daraa, Al Jazeera reports.
In a post on its official Facebook page, the governorate of Daraa said five people, including a woman, were killed in the attack, which created a "state of fear and panic" in the city.
The report comes hours after the Israeli military said it had attacked two Syrian air bases near the city of Palmyra.
According to reports, Israel has been bombing Gaza for the eighth consecutive day, killing at least 23 people, including seven children, in pre-dawn attacks.

According to the Observatory, the deadly aerial bombardment of the village of Koya occurred when Israeli forces attempting to enter the town clashed with local youths.
