US President Donald Trump has issued a new warning for the Palestinian militant group Hamas. This warning follows the secret talks held between the United States and Hamas amid the negotiations for the second phase of the Gaza ceasefire.

Taking to Truth Social, the US President warned Hamas and demanded the release of all hostages - dead or alive.

“Release all of the hostages now, not later, and immediately return all of the dead bodies of the people you murdered, or it is OVER for you," POTUS stated after meeting eight freed hostages at the White House.

Trump added that he would send Israel to "finish the job" if the Hamas members don't do as he says.

"Not a single Hamas member will be safe if you don't do as I say," he warned.

This development came shortly after the White House confirmed the meeting between the US and Hamas regarding the Gaza ceasefire.

As per Axios, the talks were led by U.S. presidential envoy for hostage affairs Adam Boehler.

“Israel was consulted on this matter, and look, dialogue and talking to people around the world to do what라이브 바카라 in the best interest of the American people is something that the president has proven is what he believes is (a) good faith effort to do what라이브 바카라 right for the American people,” said White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt when asked about the talks.

These talks come as a key difference as the US has never engaged with the group directly since declaring it a terrorist organisation in 1997.

While the US does not directly negotiate with a terrorist organisation, there have been some exceptions under the Obama administration and the first Trump administration regarding al-Qaeda.

The Gaza ceasefire was implemented on January 19, 2025 after Israel and Hamas agreed to a truce based on a three phase programme. The first phase of the Gaza ceasefire has expired, prompting negotiations for the second phase.

However, shortly after the first phase ended on March 2, Israel announced it will be blockading all aid, goods and supplies into the Gaza Strip, after it announced it would extend the ceasefire for the sake of the holy month of Ramadan.
