Amid the violence and protests in Nagpur, Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis stated that the Vicky Kaushal-starrer 'Chhaava' reignited people's anger towards Mughal emperor Aurangzeb.

Speaking in the state legislative assembly, the BJP leader said that movie, which is based on life of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, brought "the true history of the Maratha king."

Death Toll Mounts To 235 As Israel Launches Airstrikes In Deadliest Attack Since Jan 19 Ceasefire

The Israeli Defence Forces (IDF) on Tuesday launched a wave of extensive airstrikes across the Gaza Strip killing over people in the deadliest attack since the ceasefire on January 19, as per The Associated Press (AP).

While AP is saying that 235 people have been killed so far, reports by Al Jazeera and the Times of Israel suggest that over 300 people have been killed while 1000 others have sustained injuries.

NASA astronauts Sunita Williams and Butch Wilmore, also popularly known as 'Suni and Butch', who have been stuck in the International Space Station (ISS) since June 2024 owing to certain technical glitches, have finally undocked on Tuesday and are all set to return to Earth aboard SpaceX's Dragon spacecraft by March 19.

The two veteran NASA astronauts embarked on a one-week-long space venture last year. However, their stay got extended owing to unforeseen technical glitches including helium leaks and thruster malfunctions in the carrying spacecraft.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on March 18 wrote a letter to Sunita Williams and conveyed his greetings to the astronauts. Union Minister Jitendra Singh posted the letter on X.

“I convey to you greetings from the people of India. At a programme today, I met the noted astronaut Mike Massimino. During the course of our conversation, your name came up and we discussed how proud we are of you and your work. Following this interaction, I could not stop myself from writing to you,” PM Modi wrote in the letter.
