Three members of a family were injured in Punjab라이브 바카라 Ferozepur district after a Pakistani drone crashed and sparked a fire in a civilian area, in what officials describe as a serious escalation of cross-border drone activity. The incident, reported by the Press Trust of India (PTI), has raised fresh concerns over growing aerial threats along India라이브 바카라 border regions.
The drone crash occurred in the border village of Khai Pheme Ke, where debris from the intercepted drone fell onto the home of Lakhwinder Singh. The resulting blaze left Singh, his wife, and his brother Monu with severe injuries. All three were taken to a private hospital, where Singh remains in critical condition.
A senior defense official confirmed that the drone was armed and appeared to intentionally target a civilian location. “We are on high alert and closely monitoring every drone intrusion to ensure a swift response,” a military spokesperson said, according to PTI. Security forces have since secured the affected area.
This incident adds to a series of recent drone sightings and intrusions recorded at 26 locations along India라이브 바카라 borders, from Baramulla in Kashmir to Bhuj in Gujarat. Key locations include Srinagar, Awantipora, Nagrota, Jammu, Pathankot, Fazilka, Lalgarh Jatta, Jaisalmer, Barmer, Kuarbet, and Lakhi Nala. Some of the drones were reported to be armed, increasing fears of attacks on both civilians and military installations.
In response to the rising threat, the Indian Armed Forces have intensified border surveillance and deployed counter-drone technology across high-risk zones. Local authorities have urged residents in border areas to remain indoors, minimize unnecessary movement, and follow safety advisories.
While the government stated that the situation is under control, officials stressed the need for continued public vigilance. “Heightened vigilance is essential during this period,” the government said in a public advisory.
Authorities remain on alert and continue to take all necessary precautions to safeguard the population and prevent further intrusions.
