As per reports coming out from the United Kingdom, Indian Premier League 2025 could be played in England.
Hours into the postponement of IPL 2025 by the BCCI, the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) has made a contact with their Indian counterparts regarding the hosting of IPL 2025, as per a report published in The Cricketer.
The Indian board had to suspend IPL 2025 for a week after tensions escalated between India and Pakistan.
Speaking of hosting the IPL 2025 in England, former cricket captain Michael Vaughan too shared the idea of hosting the tournament in the country. Taking to X, Vaughan said that it would benefit the Indian players especially given the fact that they will be involved in the 5-match Test series.
"I wonder if it라이브 바카라 possible to finish the IPL in the UK... We have all the venues and the Indian players can then stay on for the Test series... Just a thought," Vaughan wrote.
The Test series, which runs through early August, could see reportedly followed by the IPL 2025. The Indian board could use the Asia Cup window to host the remainder of the matches.
