During the India Masters and Sri Lanka Masters on Saturday, February 22, 'Yuvi' held on to an absolute screamer on the boundary rope. The catch saw everyone's jaw drop as cricket fans and enthusiasts were still not able to comprehend the southpaw's athleticism at this age.
The 43-year-old grabbed hold on to the catch off Irfan Pathan's bowling in their match against Sri Lanka after the visitors' Lahiru Thirimanne hit straight down the ground, only to find Yuvraj taking an exceptional catch near the boundary rope.

Speaking about the match, the India Masters defeated Sri Lanka Masters by four runs in the opening game in Navi Mumbai. India had put on a formidable 222/4 in 20 overs, with Gukeerat Singh (44), Stuart Binny (68), Yuvraj Singh (31 not-out) and Yusuf Pathan (56 not-out) contributing to the scoreboard.
In reply, Kumar Sangakkara top-scored for the Lankas with 51 runs. Irfan was the top wicket-taker for India with three crucial wickets.
