Mumbai Indians (MI) have replaced the injured AM Ghazanfar with his compatriot, Mujeeb-Ur-Rahman for the upcoming edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025. (More Cricket News)

Allah Ghazanfar was ruled out of the 2025 season due to an injury. His countryman Mujeeb-Ur-Rahman, who is a right-arm off-spinner, is a renowned name in franchise cricket.

AM Ghazanfar was also ruled out of the upcoming ICC Champions Trophy for Afghanistan.

“Afghanistan라이브 바카라 young spin-bowling sensation, AM Ghazanfar, has been ruled out of the ICC Champions Trophy due to a fracture in the L4 vertebra, specifically in the left pars interarticularis,” the ACB had said in a statement.

The 18-year-old spinner is said to have sustained the injury during Afghanistan라이브 바카라 tour of Zimbabwe.

Mumbai Indians had acquired AM Ghazanfar's services for Rs 4.80 crore, at the IPL 2025 Auction but now it seems his injury will keep him sidelined for a minimum of four months.

His replacement Mujeeb has played 19 IPL matches and taken 19 wickets against his name. The Afghan spinner joins MI for INR 2 Crore.

Speaking of the IPL, the 2025 edition will get underway on March 22 at the Eden Gardens with Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) welcoming Rajat Patidar-led Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB).

The BCCI is yet to release the schedule but it is expected that the governing body will announce the full list of venues and matches soon.
