The third round of the AFC qualifiers for the 2026 FIFA World Cup resumes again with seventh and eighth round of games scheduled. Earlier, total of 18 teams advanced from the second round—comprising nine group winners and nine group runners-up—who were then divided into three groups of six teams each.
In Group B, South Korea sit at the top with four wins and two draws from six matches, while Iraq follow in second place with three victories, two draws, and one defeat. Jordan and Oman are placed third and fourth, respectively, each securing two wins. Kuwait hold a position just above Palestine, who currently remain at the bottom of the standings.
