Mikel Merino came off the bench to strike late into the injury time and salvage a draw for Spain against Netherlands in the UEFA Nations League encounter of the two sides. Nico Williams gave Spain early lead in the first leg of this last eight game. However, Netherlands struck twice to take back the lead only 39 seconds into the second half. Merino came to Spain's rescue at the right time and helped them get a draw.
