Subhasish Bose Named Men's Player Of The Year At AIFF Awards 2025 - Check Full List Of Winners

Mohun Bagan defender Subhasish Bose has been named the All India Football Federation (AIFF) Men's Player of the Year 2024-25 in the award function held in Bhubaneshwar on the eve of the Kalinga Super Cup 2025 final. (More Football News)

Bose became only the seventh defender to win the AIFF Men's Player of the Year Award after Sandesh Jhingan (2021), Syed Rahim Nabi (2012), Gouramangi Singh (2010), Surkumar Singh (2006), Deepak Mondal (2002) and VP Sathyan (1995).

Bose captained Mohun Bagan in a sensational season, winning both the ISL Shield and Cup, while breaking the record for most clean sheets in an ISL season. The 29-year-old also scored six goals for the Mariners.

Soumya Guguloth was awarded the best female player of the year 2024-25. The 23-year-old East Bengal winger played a pivotal role in her team's Indian Women's League triumph with nine goals, the most among Indians.

Bose's teammate Vishal Kaith was named the Best Men's Goalkeeper while FC Goa defender Brison Fernandes was adjudged the Promising Men's Player of the Year.

Meanwhile, Khalid Jamil, head coach of Jamshedpur FC, was awarded the AIFF Men's Coach of the Year for the second straight year. His team will play the final of Kalinga Super Cup against FC Goa on Sunday.

AIFF President Kalyan Chaubey alongside the Deputy Chief Minister of Odisha, Shri Kanak Vardhan Singh Deo were among the long list of dignitaries present at the event.
