Rory McIlroy has committed to playing in next week's Houston Open in what will be his final competition before the Masters. (More Sports News)
McIlroy's decision comes after he won the Players Championship, where he beat J.J. Spaun in a three-hole play-off on Monday.
It was the second time he has won that tournament, having also done so in 2019.
After winning the Players, McIlroy suggested that he wanted to play in another tournament before the Masters, which will be held between 10-13 April.
A win at Augusta would complete a career Grand Slam for McIlroy, who has previously won The Open, US Open and PGA Championship.
McIlroy also won the Pebble Beach Pro-Am in February, meaning the Players Championship title made it back-to-back tournament wins.

The 35-year-old has played in the Houston Open on four previous occasions, though this will be the first year since 2014, when he won the last of his four major titles,바카라 웹사이트that he will be in the field.
Also lining up against McIlroy at the Houston Open will be world number one and reigning Masters champion바카라 웹사이트Scottie Scheffler, who finished T20 at the Players Championship.
The competition will take place between 27-30 March.
