An Effort to Save Every Drop of Water
Under the Jal Ganga Sanvardhan Abhiyan in Rajgarh district, focused efforts are being made to conserve rainwater and surface water by renovating various water structures in rural areas. Collector Dr. Girish Kumar Mishra is personally overseeing and taking a keen interest in this initiative.Following the Collector's directives, a shramdaan campaign was launched on Sunday across 25 villages, involving district-level officers from various departments, their subordinate staff, rural area employees, and local citizens. As part of the campaign, ponds, percolation tanks, wells, and stepwells were cleaned and renovated through voluntary labour, strengthening the district라이브 바카라 commitment to water conservation.
MLA Promoted Pond Renovation through Shramdaan


Through the Jal Ganga Sanvardhan Abhiyan in Vidisha district, special efforts are being made to secure abundant water resources for future generations. On Sunday, Siroj MLA Shri Umakant Sharma initiated the campaign at the pond in village Pagrani, inspiring the spirit of renovation among the villagers. He personally began the work of deepening the pond using a spade and shovel.Encouraged by MLA Shri Sharma라이브 바카라 initiative, the local villagers enthusiastically participated in the Shramdaan and pledged to complete the renovation and cleaning of the village pond with their own hands. Programs Being Organized in Schools


In Umaria district, as part of the Jal Ganga Sanvardhan Abhiyan, the School Education Department is conducting various programs in schools to raise public awareness about water conservation. Children are being taught the fundamental principles of saving water. As part of the initiative, a poster competition on the theme "Know the River" was organized at the Government High School to educate students about the importance of water conservation.
"Water: A Precious Gift of Nature"


In Shahdol district, the Jal Ganga Sanvardhan Abhiyan is being actively carried out until 30 June 2025 with the theme "Water is nature's invaluable gift—save it, as it is the foundation of life." The campaign is spreading the message of conserving every drop of water among the general public. As part of the initiative, cleaning work was undertaken at Barka Talab in village Padmaniya under Janpad Panchayat Sohagpur. Silt was also removed from the pond라이브 바카라 banks to enhance water retention and preserve this vital resource.
Various Activities Underway in the District


The Jal Ganga Sanvardhan Abhiyan is actively being implemented in Sehore district. As part of this campaign, numerous activities related to water conservation are being organized throughout the district. Additionally, practical efforts like repairing wells, renovating ponds, and cleaning dams are underway in several villages. A Good Idea for Birds to Drink Water from Clay Bowls


In Balaghat, under the chief hospitality of District and Sessions Judge and Chairman of the District Legal Services Authority, Shri Pranesh Kumar Pran, the message of environmental conservation was promoted by placing earthen water bowls for birds under the Panch-J Abhiyan at the District Court premises. It was emphasized that installing water bowls for birds is a simple yet impactful step toward environmental protection. This initiative not only helps birds quench their thirst but also promotes biodiversity and supports bird conservation efforts.
Bhoomi Pujan Performed for Pond Silt Removal Work


In Singrauli district, under the Jal Ganga Sanvardhan Abhiyan, water structures such as ponds, stepwells, and rivers are being cleaned and rejuvenated. Along with the restoration efforts, new water structures are also being constructed across the district. Additionally, citizens are being encouraged to adopt water conservation methods such as rooftop water harvesting and the construction of soak pits near hand pumps.Taking the initiative, Collector Shri Chandrashekhar Shukla led the silt removal work at the pond in Gram Panchayat Dala of Chitrangi development block under the campaign. In Gram Panchayat Bhau Khad, local residents were motivated to actively participate in the campaign through activities like shramdaan, seminars, awareness rallies, oath-taking ceremonies, and folk songs organized at the pond site.
Ancient Stepwell Cleaned in Bajitpura Gram Panchayat


In Tikamgarh district, a large-scale campaign is underway to clean ponds and water sources across all urban bodies and rural areas, with the goal of conserving and maintaining the cleanliness of these vital resources. As part of this initiative, the ancient stepwell located in the village Panchayat of Bajitpura under Janpad Panchayat Jatara was cleaned. Along with it, other water sources across the district are also being rejuvenated.Local public representatives, voluntary organizations, members of the Jan Abhiyan Parishad, and government officers and employees are actively participating in the campaign, working together to conserve and maintain the cleanliness of ponds and water sources throughout the district.
