Sikandar Box Office Collection Day 2: Salman Khan Starrer Witnesses Minimal Growth; Crosses Rs 50 Crore Mark

Sikandar Box Office Collection Day 2: On Eid, Salman Khan starrer witnessed a slight spike in its collections. The total collection now stands at Rs 55 crore.

Sikandar, starring Salman Khan, which released in theatres on March 30, saw a minimal boost on Eid, which was on Monday, March 31. Despite the festive holiday, the film remains Salman's weakest Eid opener. However, it crossed the Rs 50 crore mark in two days of its release.

As per industry tracker, Sacnilk, Sikandar earned Rs 26 crore on Day 1 and on Rs 29 crore on Day 2, taking the total box office collections to Rs 55 crore nett in India.

It had an overall 24.60% Hindi occupancy, with highest footfall of 33.12% during the night shows, while morning shows had the lowest occupancy of 8.38%.

Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, claimed that Sikandar crossed the Rs 50 crore mark globally on its first day. The makers also shared that the gross collection of the action thriller is Rs 35.47 crore in India and Rs 19.25 crore came from international markets. The film라이브 바카라 gross box office collection (GBOC) was Rs 54.72 crore on its opening day, as per the makers.

Sharing the worldwide box office collection of Sikandar on Instagram, the makers wrote, ''Sikandar라이브 바카라 journey is just getting started! 🔥 Thank you for all the love! ♥️Celebrate Eid with us in a theatre near you!(sic)''.

Before Sikandar release, trade experts predicted the film would earn around Rs 40-50 crore on its opening day and Rs 200-300 crore in its lifetime at the box office.

Despite the hype, the Salman Khan-starrer opened to mostly negative reviews from critics and audiences alike.

Also, it is facing a tough competition from Mohanlal starrer Empuraan.

With Sikandar, Salman returned to the silver screen after his 2023 film, Tiger 3.

Directed by AR Murugadoss, the film also starred Rashmika Mandanna, Kajal Aggarwal, Sathyaraj, Sharman Joshi, Prateik Babbar, Anjini Dhawan, and Jatin Sarna in pivotal roles.
