Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi starrer Thandel, which released on February 7, is reportedly arriving on OTT soon. Directed by Chandoo Mondetti, the romantic action-thriller is all set to stream on Netflix in March. Though the release date is yet to be announced by the streaming platform, Thandel is likely to be released on OTT in the second week of March.

Thandel Story
Thandel is based on a real-life incident about a fisherman who was captured by Pakistani forces from Srikakulam in international waters. The incident took place in 2018.
Apart from directing the film, Chandoo Mondeti did the screenplay while Kartheek Theeda penned story of the film. It is produced by Geetha Arts, and the music is composed by Devi Sri Prasad.
Thandel also starred Prakash Belawadi, Divya Pillai, Karunakaran, Aadukalam Naren, and Babloo Prithiveeraj in supporting roles.

The film received mixed reviews. Thandel recently grossed over Rs 100 crore globally and is still performing well at the box office. As per industry tracker Sacnilk, the film collected Rs 75 lakh on Day 13.
