The Indian Embassy on Wednesday urged China라이브 바카라 Global Times, an English-language Chinese newspaper under the People's Daily, to verify messages before posting them on social media.

“Dear@globaltimesnews , we would recommend you verify your facts and cross-examine your sources before pushing out this kind of dis-information,” X handle of ‘India in China’ posted.

The embassy questioned the journalistic ethics and responsibilities, alleging that various pro-Pakistan handles are spreading baseless claims in the context of "#OperationSindoor", with the attempt to malign the operation and the public opinion regarding it.

The embassy posted on the thread of Global Times, which had said, “The Pakistan Air Force (PAF) has shot down another Indian fighter jet in response to overnight airstrikes carried out by India at multiple locations in Pakistan, sources from the Pakistani military said on Wednesday.

This is the third Indian fighter jet that has been shot down in response to the overnight strikes, said the military sources: Xinhua”

Tensions between India and Pakistan escalated on Wednesday, May 7; and China expressed support for Pakistan following the launch of ‘Operation Sindoor’.

As per an official statement issued by China, Beijing has labeled India's operation as "regrettable"

"China finds India라이브 바카라 military operation early this morning regrettable. We are concerned about the ongoing situation," said the spokesperson of the Chinese foreign affairs ministry.

"India and Pakistan are and will always be each other라이브 바카라 neighbors. They’re both China라이브 바카라 neighbors as well. China opposes all forms of terrorism. We urge both sides to act in the larger interest of peace and stability, remain calm, exercise restraint and refrain from taking actions that may further complicate the situation," Beijing added further.

Pakistan last month wanted Russia and China to be involved in investigating the April 22 Pahalgam terror attack that killed at least 26 civilians, including one Nepali citizen.
