Millions of Americans took part in the "Hands Off!" protests on Saturday as they rallied against US President Donald Trump and his close adviser Elon Musk.

The protests, which were carried out across all 50 states, were organised by a pro-democracy movement, in response to the "hostile government takeover" under the second Trump administration.

As per reports, around 1,400 Hanss Off protests were held across state capitals. US Citizens took to ederal buildings, congressional offices, Social Security라이브 바카라 headquarters, parks and city halls, to make sure "they heard us."

The protests focus on the recent policies and actions taken by Trump and Musk - which include downsizing of the government, the state of the economy, immigration and forceful deportation and abuse of human rights.

The 'Hands Off!' protests also found their way to Europe as many gathered to denounce Trump and his recent trade policies and tariff hikes.

The organisers of the protests, as per CNN, have three demands -

  1. An end to the billionaire takeover and rampant corruption of the Trump administration

  2. An end to slashing federal funds for Medicaid, Social Security, and other programs which working people rely on

  3. An end to the attacks on immigrants, trans people, and other communities.

Since Trump's second term began in January, several protests have been carried out against the Republican leader, and especially against his inclusion of Elon Musk in the cabinet.

However, Saturday's protest comes as the biggest protest and mass mobilisation since the Women's March of 2017 and the Black Lives Matter protests in 2020.
