In his first address after the India-Pakistan tension, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that Pakistan attacked our schools, colleges and religious places instead of coordinating in investigation.
"Instead of coordinating, Pakistan started attacking our schools, colleges and religious places. India damaged the airbases of the Pakistan which they were arrogant about," PM Modi said in his address.
PM Modi also said that India's counter-attack destroyed Pak's courage.
"Terrorists wouldn't have dreamed that India would take such big steps... When Indian missiles and drones attacked sites in Pakistan, it was not just the buildings of the terrorists, but their courage was thrashed," PM said.
He added: "We have given full freedom to the Indian army to wipe out the terrorists and today every terrorist, every terror organisation knows ‘ki hamari behno, betiyo ke maathe se Sindoor hatane ka anjaam kya hota hai’ (every terrorist, every terror organisation now knows what the consequences are of wiping off the sindoor from the foreheads of our sisters and daughters)," he said.
In a strong message to Pakistan and its state-sponsored terrorism, PM Modi, during his address to the nation, said: "No nuclear blackmail will be tolerated anymore. Terrorist attack on India will have to face a befitting reply, and the response will be on our terms."
On Operation Sindoor, he said: "Pahalgam attack was the most barbaric face of terrorism; it was a personal pain for me. We gave armed forces full liberty to grind terrorists into dust. Enemy has now realised consequences of removing 'sindoor' from forehead of our women; Operation Sindoor was not just a name."
"The entire world saw how Pakistani drones were downed into dumps by our military might." He further added, "India has struck at heart of Pakistan, our missiles attacked with precision to damage their air bases," he said.
