Nottingham Forest Vs Leicester City, Premier League: The Reds Play Out 2-2 Draw With Foxes

Nottingham Forest fell short of reclaiming fifth place in the Premier League after a 2-2 draw with relegated Leicester City in the East Midlands derby. Conor Coady headed Leicester ahead in the 16th minute with a rare goal, but Morgan Gibbs-White's header from Anthony Elanga's free-kick levelled the score nine minutes later. Chris Wood's powerful header from Gibbs-White's cross put Forest ahead in the 56th minute, but Facundo Buonanotte's impressive individual effort in the 81st minute earned Leicester a point. A late chance for Leicester to win was denied when Matz Sels saved from Jeremy Monga. Despite the draw, Forest secured European football next season.
