All 32 have been taken to the ITBP camp in Mana for treatment.
Home Minister Amit Shah said rescuing the trapped people is the government's priority.
Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said all efforts were being taken to rescue the trapped personnel by utilising all available resources.
The safety of the other 25 are still at risk as night fell on the snowbound slopes and rescue efforts came to a temporary halt.

An avalanche struck Uttarakhand's Chamoli district, reportedly trapping 57 workers in Mana village. Ten workers were rescued safely, rescue operation is currently underway.
Police Headquarters spokesperson IG Nilesh Anand Bharne told ANI, "A massive avalanche has occurred near the Border Roads Organisation camp in the border area of Mana in which 57 workers engaged in road construction have been trapped. Out of these workers, 10 workers have been rescued and sent to the army camp near Mana in critical condition."

Responding to the current situation, Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhami told reporters, "57 of the BRO workers were trapped in the avalanche, out of which 16 workers have been rescued. All preparations have been made. We are taking help from the ITBP. The district administration and all others are in touch, and we are trying to rescue all as soon as possible."

Speaking to the reporters, Chamoli DM Sandeep Tiwari said, "Information about an avalanche has been received. Around 57 labourers of BRO (Border Roads Organisation), who undertake snow-clearing operations, had camped there. Our teams have been mobilised - ITBP, SDRF and Administration."
"There is active rainfall and snowfall activities there. So, we are unable to deploy heli-services. Movement is difficult. Since satellite phones and other such equipment are not available there, we have not been able to have a clear communication with them", Tiwari said
"We have no official information about any casualties yet. NDRF and IAF teams are also being made available to us. Heli-services cannot be used due to active snowfall in the area of the incident", he further added.

Badrinath Avalanche LIVE: Warnings Issued On Thursday
The Defence Geoinformatics Research Establishment (DGRE) in Chandigarh issued an avalanche warning for a period of 24 hours at 5 pm on Thursday for places located above 2,400 metres in Chamoli, Uttarkashi, Rudraprayag, Pithoragarh and Bageshwar districts.
The MeT office in Dehradun also predicted isolated heavy rain and snowfall in locations situated at 3,500 metres and above in these districts on Friday morning. Following this, the State Emergency Operations Centre here alerted concerned district magistrates.

Expressing concern over the avalanche in Uttarakhand, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh posted on X, "An unfortunate avalanche has occurred in the Mana area of Joshimath (Uttarakhand) today impacting the GREF camp of BRO. Spoke to CM Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami regarding the situation. The administration is providing all possible assistance to the affected. Rescue efforts by local Army units are also underway. All efforts to rescue the trapped personnel are being undertaken by utilising all available resources."
