Former Australian cricketer Stuart Law has been named the new head coach of the Nepal men's national cricket team on a two-year contract. Law takes over from Monty Desai, whose tenure ended in February this year. (More Cricket News)
The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) announced Law라이브 바카라 appointment on social media X (formerly Twitter, confirming that the former Australia batter will lead Nepal into a crucial phase of their cricketing journey.

Law brings a wealth of coaching experience, having worked with multiple international teams, including Bangladesh, West Indies, Sri Lanka, and Afghanistan.
He recently served as the head coach of the USA men라이브 바카라 team, guiding them to a historic T20I series win over Bangladesh and into the Super Eight stage of the 2024 T20 World Cup. However, his stint with USA ended in October 2024 after just seven months.
Law라이브 바카라 coaching credentials also include leading Bangladesh to their first-ever Asia Cup final in 2012, working as a batting coach for Australia, and coaching at Cricket Australia's Centre of Excellence. As a player, he represented Australia in 54 ODIs and a single Test match.
Under former coach Monty Desai, Nepal had mixed results, including a 3-0 T20I series win over USA and a 3-0 ODI series whitewash over Canada at home. However, their performance in global tournaments remained underwhelming. Nepal was winless in the 2024 T20 World Cup and failed to make an impact in their ODI Asia Cup debut in 2023.
Law라이브 바카라 first assignment with Nepal will be the upcoming tri-series against Scotland and the Netherlands in June, as part of the ICC World Cup League 2 fixtures. Nepal currently sit 7th among the eight teams in the competition, with just two wins from 12 games. The top four from the league that runs until December 2026 will qualify for the ICC Men라이브 바카라 Cricket World Cup 2027 Qualifier stage while the bottom four will have to go through a Qualifier Play-off.
