England dominated proceedings yet again as New Zealand faltered on day 1 of the 2nd Test match at Basin Reserve, Wellington. The host find themselves at 86/5 at stumps, trailing England's total by 194 runs. (Streaming | More Cricket News)

Earlier, Harry Brook century propelled England to register 280 all out with contributions from Ollie Pope (66). For the Kiwis, Nathan Smith took four wickets (4/86). However, Brydon Carse turned on the heat for the Three Lions as the hosts find themselves in hot waters going into day 2.
