For six years, Virat Kohli and Mohammed Siraj have been like a sitcom duo at M Chinnaswamy--always on the same side, cracking jokes, and celebrating together. But Wednesday night brought a rare spectacle. Suddenly, it was Virat vs Siraj, not as rivals. Awkward? Emotional? Maybe a little bit of both. (Match Highlights | Points Table | Full Coverage)

During the Royal Challengers Bengaluru vs Gujarat Titans clash in Indian Premier League 2025 Match 14, Siraj--donning the GT jersey for the first time--shook up his former team라이브 바카라 top order with figures of 3/19 and played a crucial role in sealing an emphatic 8-wicket win for Gujarat at the very ground he called home just a year ago.

GT won the toss, and Shubman Gill chose to bowl first--a call that worked out well for everyone, but especially for Siraj. He dismissed RCB opener Phil Salt for just 13 off 14 balls before coming face-to-face with the Indian batting maestro he shared a brotherly bond with during his RCB days. And right from the first ball, that connection was on display.

Running in to bowl, Siraj suddenly aborted his run-up midway which is a routine sight for fast bowlers. But this time, since it was Kohli at the other end, the internet had a field day speculating and suggested that it was the famed Siraj-Kohli bond that made him hesitate.

Siraj looked down at the ball, while Kohli stood at the crease, seemingly lost in thought--sparking internet buzz about their friendship-cum-brotherly moment.

The Virat Bhaiya-Siraj Miyan separation saga began at the IPL 2025 auction when RCB decided against retaining Siraj--and didn’t even use their RTM card to bring him back. Gujarat Titans swooped in and grabbed the pacer for a hefty INR 12.25 crore.

This decision probably stung the right-arm pacer, considering he was RCB라이브 바카라 joint-highest wicket-taker last season, claiming 15 wickets in 14 games alongside Yash Dayal.

Nevertheless, Siraj kicked off his IPL 2025 season with a new home at the Narendra Modi Stadium. His debut for Gujarat Titans didn’t go as planned the 31-year-old had a forgettable outing against Punjab Kings, conceding 54 runs without a wicket in GT라이브 바카라 11-run loss. But perhaps he learned his lesson and began his redemption arc.

In the second game against Mumbai Indians, Siraj made an impact, dismissing both openers--Rohit Sharma and Ryan Rickelton--with a spell of 2/34, helping GT secure their first win of the season by 36 runs.

Mohammed Siraj Against RCB!

Then came the grudge match against his former team, RCB, and Siraj made sure it was one to remember. He picked up three wickets and was sharp in the field, proving he wasn’t holding back against his old mates.

After removing Phil Salt early, he sent Devdutt Padikkal packing for just 4 off 3 balls. And to cap it off, he delivered the final blow by dismissing Liam Livingstone, who was holding RCB라이브 바카라 innings together with a fighting 54 off 40 balls.

Kohli was dismissed for just 7 off 6 balls, bowled by Arshad Khan and caught by Prasidh Krishna.

Sai Kishore delivered an impressive spell of 2/22 as RCB was restricted to 169/8 in 20 overs. Gujarat Titans then chased down the target comfortably in 17.5 overs, powered by Jos Buttler라이브 바카라 unbeaten 73 off 39 balls.

Gujarat Titans will next take on Sunrisers Hyderabad on Sunday, April 6, while RCB will face Mumbai Indians on Monday, April 7.
