The Women라이브 바카라 Premier League (WPL) is set to return for its third season in 2025, bringing another exciting chapter in women라이브 바카라 T20 cricket. ()
The tournament will begin on February 14, featuring an electrifying opening clash between defending champions Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) and Gujarat Giants (GG) at the BCA Stadium in Vadodara. The season will conclude with the grand final on March 15 at the Cricket Club of India (CCI) in Mumbai.
Five teams will once again compete in the tournament: Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB), Mumbai Indians (MI), Gujarat Giants (GG), Delhi Capitals (DC), and UP Warriorz (UPW).
The schedule has undergone a slight delay, pushing the start date back by a week. The league will feature 22 matches played across four cities: Vadodara, Bengaluru, Lucknow, and Mumbai.
Vadodara will host the first six games before the action shifts to Bengaluru for eight matches. Lucknow will then take over for four fixtures, with the tournament wrapping up in Mumbai. The playoffs, including the Eliminator on March 13 and the final on March 15, will be played at CCI Mumbai.
The competition will follow the same format as previous editions. Each team will play every other team twice in a double round-robin stage. At the end of the league phase, the top-ranked team will directly qualify for the final, while the second and third-placed teams will battle in an Eliminator for the remaining spot in the title clash.
The WPL 2025 auction, held in December, saw Indian domestic talent shine, with uncapped Mumbai all-rounder Simran Shaikh fetching a record bid of INR 1.9 crore. RCB, fresh off their maiden title win in 2024, will look to defend their crown, while the other franchises will aim to challenge their supremacy.
