The Kalinga Super Cup 2025 is set to kick off on 20 April, and 16 teams from the top two tiers of Indian football will take part in the tournament which will run until 3 May. (More Football News)
The fifth edition of the domestic competition will feature 13 teams from the Indian Super League (ISL) and three from I-League – Churchill Brothers, Inter Kashi, and Gokulam Kerala.
The top three teams from the second-tier have been paired with the top three teams from ISL in the Kalinga Super Cup 2025 draw, which took place on 9 April. As a result, Churchill will face Mohun Bagan, Bengaluru FC will take on Inter Kashi, and Gokulam Kerala will play against FC Goa.
The 16 participants will take part in a single-elimination round, with the winners securing a place in the next round, and the losing side getting knocked out. The quarter-finals, which are scheduled for 26 and 27 April, and the semi-finals on 30 April, will be single-legged ties.
Despite a disappointing ISL season and continental tournaments, East Bengal will be the defending champions, having secured last year라이브 바카라 Kalinga Super Cup title by defeating Odisha FC by a scoreline of 3-2 in extra-time.
The previous four winners of the tournament are Odisha FC (2023), FC Goa (2019), and Bengaluru FC (2018).
All 15 games of the Kalinga Super Cup 2025 will take place on two separate pitches at the Kalinga Stadium in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
