Mohanlal's 360th film, Thudarum has locked its release date. Directed by Tharun Moorthy, the family-drama is all set to hit the screens in April, 2025.
Thudarum, which was earlier scheduled to release on January 30, 2025, is releasing on April 25, 2025.
On Monday, April 7, Mohanlal took to his social media handles to unveil a new poster and announced Thudarum's release date.
''You’ve heard the whispers. You’ve felt our arrival. It라이브 바카라 time to drive it home. Thudarum arrives on April 25th #ThudarumOnApril25 (sic)'', read the caption.
Thudarum also stars Shobana and it marks her reunion with Mohanlal after a gap of 15 years. It's their 56th film together. They last shared the same screen space in 2009 film, Sagar Alias Jacky Reloaded.
Thudarum trailer was unveiled recently. The trailer shows Mohanlal in the role of a taxi driver who shares a special bond with his black Ambassador car. The trailer hints that it will be a heartfelt family drama, with comedy, emotions and some intriguing twists and mystery in the storyline.
Apart from Mohanlal and Shobana, the film has a stellar cast, including Farhaan Faasil, Krishna Praba, Prakash Varma, Maniyanpilla Raju, Binu Pappu, Thomas Mathew, Irshad Ali, Aarsha Chandini Baiju, and Aravind in significant roles.
The screenplay of the film is co-written by Tharun Moorthy and KR Sunil, and is backed by M Renjith, under Rejaputhra Visual Media.
Meanwhile, Mohanlal's latest release L2: Empuraan has collected Rs 98.35 crore at the domestic market and it seems to enter the Rs 100 crore club by the end of Day 12. As per makers, the Prithviraj Sukumran-directorial has crossed Rs 250+ crore gross worldwide.
