There is widespread damage to infrastructure and private property, and several bridges and culverts in the region have been damaged. Snapped communication lines and blocked roads have left several remote villages cut off.

Clearing up operations underway at the Srinagar Jammu Highway

In Jammu and Kashmir's Ramban, clearing operations are underway due to the destruction caused by the cloudburst on Sunday. The cloudburst, which triggered landslides and flash floods are caused debris to collect in the district.

In KelaMorh, which is ten kilometres away from Ramban, Earth-moving machines were spotted as part of the clearance operations near the Srinagar Jammu Highway

Restoration efforts have also begun due to the destruction caused by the cloudburst in Ramban.
