Karnataka Woman Attacked By Mob Of Men Outside Local Mosque, 6 Arrested

Six men attacked a woman outside a local mosque after she was summoned there when her husband filed a complaint against her over a domestic dispute.

A group of six men in Karnataka's Davanagere City allegedly attacked a 38-year-old woman after her husband filed a complaint against her in a local mosque over a domestic dispute. 

The incident occurred outside the Jama Masjid in Tavarekere village. After the woman was summoned there, the mob of men attacked the domestic worker, Shabina Banu, with sticks, pipes, and clubs, while trying to hit her with stones in an alleged effort to kill her.

As per Shabina라이브 바카라 complaint, India Today reports, her relative Nasreen had visited her on April 7. They went for a short outing, taking Shabina라이브 바카라 children with them. After returning home in the evening, they were joined by a man named Fayaz.

Upon arriving home, Shabina's husband, Jameel Ahmed Shameer, found Nasreen and Fayaz in the house. Angry about this, he approached the mosque and filed a complaint against his wife.

As per NDTV, two days later, on April 9, Shabina was summoned by the mosque where the attack took place. 

The six men were arrested shortly after a video of the incident went viral on the internet. 

The accused have been identified as: Mohammad Niyaz (32), a driver; Mohammad Gauspeer (45), a scrap dealer; Chand Basha (35), a sugarcane juice vendor; Dastagir (24),a bike mechanic; Rasool T R (42),a fisherman and Inayat Ullah (51), a local resident.

On April 11th, Shabina filed a formal complaint under sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).

Officials report that the six men are facing charges of conspiracy, assault, and attempted murder.
