Amid escalating Indo-Pak tensions following Operation Sindoor strikes, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday is holding a high-level meet with Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, National Security Advisor Ajit Doval, CDS Anil Chauhan, Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi, Air Chief Marshal Amarpreet Singh, and Navy Chief Admiral R Hari Kumar, as per a report by India Today.
Earlier today, PM Modi in a high-level meeting with Secretaries of various Ministries and Departments of the Government of India stressed the need for seamless coordination among ministries and agencies to uphold operational continuity and institutional resilience.
PM reviewed the planning and preparation by ministries to deal with the current situation.
