Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Uddhav Thackeray on Wednesday made a strong pitch for his version of Hindutva, distancing himself from what he called the BJP라이브 바카라 "mouldering" or decaying brand of the ideology.
Speaking at a public gathering in Nashik, north Maharashtra, Thackeray declared. “I have not abandoned Hindutva, but the BJP라이브 바카라 version of it is unacceptable.”
He took a sharp jab at his former ally, suggesting that the BJP-led state government should consider turning the Raj Bhavan in Mumbai into a grand memorial for Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, proposing that the Governor be relocated elsewhere.
Thackeray also claimed that the BJP wouldn’t have been in a position to build the Ram Temple in Ayodhya if not for the original, undivided Shiv Sena. He parted ways with the BJP in 2019 after a long-standing alliance broke down over power-sharing.
He accused the BJP of peddling a false narrative that his faction of the Shiv Sena had turned its back on Hindutva, asserting instead that Muslims supported his leadership because he governed with fairness during his tenure as Maharashtra Chief Minister.
