The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted clear and sunny weather in Delhi for Wednesday. The weather department issued a ‘yellow alert’ in Delhi as the temperature can go up to 42 degree celsius on April 16. On the other hand, southern cities like Bangalore and Chennai brace for rain today.
Delhi Weather
Today the temperature can go up to 41 degree celsius in Delhi with surface winds of 10-20 kmph. The minimum temperature will remain around 24 degree celsius. Partly cloudy weather can be observed in the evening.

Heatwave In Northwest India
On April 14, the IMD predicted a heatwave over parts of Northwest India from April 15. Along with Northwestern states, Gujarat, Chhattisgarh and East Madhya Pradesh will experience heatwave, rainfall, thunderstorm and lightning during the next four-five days.
