The fine was imposed under Article 2.22 of the IPL Code of Conduct, which penalizes captains for minimum over-rate offences. This being DC라이브 바카라 first such offence of the season, the penalty was limited to the base amount.
"As this was his team라이브 바카라 first offence of the season under Article 2.22 of the IPL라이브 바카라 Code of Conduct, which pertains to minimum over-rate offences, Patel was fined Rs 12 lakhs," the IPL statement read.
Axar now joins the likes of Hardik Pandya (MI), Rishabh Pant (LSG), and Rajat Patidar (RCB) among captains who have been fined for slow over-rates this season.
The match itself was a rollercoaster. Mumbai Indians posted a daunting 205/5 on the board, courtesy of fluent knock from Tilak Varma, and a fiery finish by Naman Dhir.
In response, Delhi Capitals gave the crowd plenty to cheer about as Karun Nair turned back the clock with a scintillating 89 off 40 balls, threatening to pull off a memorable chase.
