The Lakers, who are seeded third in the Western Conference, commence their first-round series with the sixth-seeded Minnesota Timberwolves at Crypto.com Arena on Saturday.
Minnesota finished the regular season strongly with 17 wins from their final 21 games.
But Doncic, whose 30.9-point career scoring average in the postseason is second only to Michael Jordan's 33.5, is confident in Los Angeles' chances of going all the way to glory.
