Roared on by a lively crowd, the reigning champions were led by captain Jai Hind Lather, who trains at the Sports Authority of India라이브 바카라 National Centre of Excellence (NCOE) in Gandhinagar.
Raiders Prince Dahiya, Ishant, and Nikhil were standouts for Haryana, repeatedly breaking through Maharashtra라이브 바카라 defence and racking up crucial points.
Their title defence began with a commanding 58–31 win over Karnataka, followed by solid victories against Andhra Pradesh (37–28) and Chhattisgarh (55–30). In a tense semifinal, they edged past Rajasthan 40–38 to book their place in the final.
Haryana라이브 바카라 kabaddi strength draws heavily from the influence of the Pro Kabaddi League, where the state라이브 바카라 players feature prominently across franchises. Captain Jai Hind credited his inspiration to Haryana legends like Pardeep Narwal, Deepak Niwas Hooda, Mohit Chhillar, and Monu Goyat.
“We’ve grown up watching these players earn fame and bring glory to India,” Jai Hind told Media. “Their journey gives us hope. Platforms like Khelo India are helping athletes like me take that big leap.”
The 18-year-old comes from Lajwana village in Jind, where his father, Bijender Lather Jaglan, is a farmer. Since June 2023, Jai Hind has been honing his skills at the Gandhinagar NCOE. “We get everything we need — coaching, training, kits, lodging, all for free. It lets us focus completely on our game.”
Another rising star from the Haryana squad is 17-year-old Nikhil Gulia from Gudsam village in Panipat. Training at SAI Jaipur since April 2024, Nikhil dreams of donning the India jersey and starring in the Pro Kabaddi League. “Watching legends like Pardeep Narwal and Rahul Chaudhari made me want to pursue kabaddi seriously,” said Nikhil, who was also part of the U-19 SGFI gold medal-winning team last year.
Head coach Narinder Rana highlighted how Haryana라이브 바카라 dominance in contact sports like boxing and wrestling has now extended into kabaddi, thanks to structured support systems and the visibility provided by Pro Kabaddi.
“Haryana라이브 바카라 sports policies are unique and effective. Over half of India라이브 바카라 national kabaddi players come from here,” he said. “The combined efforts of the Haryana government, SAI, and Khelo India have created a strong pipeline for talent.”
“Each PKL team has multiple players from our state. That라이브 바카라 a testament to the ecosystem we’ve built,” Rana added.
With success stories stacking up and dreams growing bigger, Haryana라이브 바카라 kabaddi machine shows no signs of slowing down. It is just getting better.
