Aamir Khan's Sitaare Zameen Par, a sequel to his critically acclaimed Taare Zameen Par (2007), is one of the most-awaited upcoming films. On Monday, May 5, Aamir shared a first look poster for Sitaare Zameen Par.
From the poster, we get a hint that Aamir Khan will be seen in the character of a basketball coach. He was an art teacher in the original one. Alongside the poster, the release date of Sitaare Zameen Par has also been announced. It will hit the screens in June this year.

The poster features Aamir Khan in the centre along with 10 debutant actors- Aroush Datta, Gopi Krishna Varma, Samvit Desai, Vedant Sharma, Ayush Bhansali, Ashish Pendse, Rishi Shahani, Rishabh Jain, Naman Mishra, and Simran Mangeshkar.
Sharing it on its Instagram handle, Aamir Khan Productions captioned the post, ''A film celebrating love, laughter and happiness. #SitaareZameenPar #SabkaApnaApnaNormal, 20th June Only In Theatres (sic)''.

Sitaare Zameen Par Release Date
Aamir announced the film in 2023 and was planning to release it on Christmas, 2024. Later, he shared that Sitaare Zameen Par will release in the middle of 2025.
It will now hit theatres on June 20, 2025.
About Sitaare Zameen Par
The film is helmed by Shubh Mangal Saavdhan fame director R. S. Prasanna. Genelia Deshmukh will star opposite Aamir. Amitabh Bhattacharya has written the lyrics of the film and music is given by Shankar-Easaan-Loy. The screenplay is penned By Divy Nidhi Sharma. It is produced by Aamir Khan and Aparna Purohit.
Last month, Mr Perfectionist spoke about Sitaare Zameen Par and his character in the film, during his visit to China.
He said the film is about differently abled people and it's about love, friendship and life. ''Taare Zameen Par made you cry but this film will make you laugh. It's a comedy, but the theme is the same,'' he added.
Further talking about his character, Aamir said he will be playing a “rude and politically incorrect” man, Gulshan, in Sitaare Zameen Par. ''He fights with his wife, mother. He is a basketball coach and he beats up his senior coach. He is a person with a lot of internal problems,” he said.
Sitaare Zameen Par is the Hindi adaptation of Javier Fresser라이브 바카라 2018 Spanish sports comedy Campeones.
