India's leading dairy brand Amul on Friday announced a price cut of rupees one per litre for its most popular variants including Amul Gold, Amul Taaza, and Amul Tea Special. The revised price will come into effect from Saturday. The decision has been reportedly taken by the Gujarat Milk Marketing Federation (GCMMF).
As per the revised prices, Amul Gold will now be available for rupees 65 per litre, Amul Tea Special for rupees 61 per litre, and Amul Taaza for rupees 53 per litre.
While announcing the price cut on Friday, Jayen Mehta, Gujarat Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation라이브 바카라 Managing Director said, "This decision has been taken to benefit our consumers while maintaining the high quality of our products. The new pricing structure reflects our commitment to serving our customers better."
While the exact reason behind the decision has not been disclosed, several industry experts termed this a consumer-friendly step amid rising market competition.
