Tension In India-Pakistan
There were several attack by Pakistan military near the border sharing areas between India and Pakistan.
Pakistan launched a missile attack on Jammu on Thursday evening. Defense sources reported that eight missiles aimed at Satwari (Jammu Airport), Samba, RS Pura, and Arnia were successfully intercepted.
Multiple high-end Surface-to-Air Missile (SAM) units were deployed at various locations, including Jammu Airport, Pathankot, Akhnoor, and Samba. Officials informed PTI that Pakistani troops have also engaged in shelling along the Line of Control (LoC) in the Kupwara and Baramulla districts of Jammu and Kashmir.
The stadium in Dharamsala was constructed at an altitude of approximately 1,457 meters (4,780 feet), making it one of the highest cricket stadiums in the world. With Himachal Pradesh sharing the border with Jammu and Kashmir, Dharamsala is one of the sensitive areas.
Earlier on Thursday, BCCI shifted Punjab Kings' next match against Mumbai Indians from Dharamsala to Ahmedabad due to security reasons.
