Speaking to Sports Today, Sunil Gavaskar said, “They’ve been massive performers in this format. But the selection committee will now be thinking about the 2027 World Cup. They’ll ask themselves, can these two still make the kind of contributions they’ve made in the past? Can they still be part of that team? If the answer is yes, then both of them will be there.
