CJI Sanjiv Khanna Shares Inquiry Report On Justice Yashwant Varma To President, PM

The Chief Justice of India Sanjiv Khanna has sent a letter to President Droupadi Murmu and Prime Minister Narendra Modi citing the report of the Supreme court appointed committee that investigated the cash discovery allegations against Allahabad High court Justice Yashwant Varma. Along with the report, Justice Varma라이브 바카라 response has also been forwarded. 

The apex court stated that, "Chief Justice of India, in terms of the in-house procedure, has written to the President of India and the Prime Minister of India enclosing therewith copy of the three-member committee report dated May 3 along with the letter/response dated May 6 received from Justice Yashwant Varma."

The report was previously sent to Justice Varma seeking his response following the procedure of natural justice. 

The panel had commenced its probe on March 25 and had submitted its report to the CJI on May 4. The three-member committee comprised Punjab and Haryana High Court Chief Justice Sheel Nagu, Himachal Pradesh High Court Chief Justice G S Sandhawalia and Justice Anu Sivaraman of the Karnataka High Court.

The panel recorded statements of more than 50 people including first respondents to the fire incident that occured at Justice Varma라이브 바카라 residence on March 14 that led to the discovery of cash. Delhi Police Commissioner Sanjay Arora and Delhi Fire Service chief were among the first respondents. 

Justice Varma had denied allegations of any wrongdoing following which the committee was formed.
